Woods & Durham has completed our “Peer Review” for the three-year period that ended June 30, 2005.  This program, administered jointly by the AICPA and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, requires an extensive review of the Firm’s quality control related to the issuance of financial statements and related reports by an “outside” review team of CPAs.  The Firm received an Unqualified Report, just as it has since the inception of the program back in the 1990’s.  Translated into common language, we continue to do high-quality work in compliance with industry standards!
